HEARING EXPERTS
Services
As an audiologist we do hearing test which is a painless, non-invasive procedure designed to assess your ability to hear sounds across various frequencies and volumes.
We will begin by asking about your medical and noise exposure history, followed by an ear examination to check for obstructions or damage.
During the test, you’ll wear headphones in a quiet or soundproof room and press a button each time you hear a sound at different pitches and volumes.
The results, known as your hearing thresholds, are explained immediately after the test, and further steps are discussed if significant hearing loss is detected.
Hearing Aids will amplify sounds and improve hearing for individuals with hearing loss.Hearing aids consist of three main components: a microphone that picks up sound, an amplifier that increases the strength of the sound signals, and a speaker (receiver) that delivers the amplified sound into the ear.
Modern hearing aids are typically digital, we program them precisely according to the your/user’s specific hearing loss and listening environments.we will assess your hearing, discuss your lifestyle needs, and recommend the most appropriate device (behind-the-ear (BTE), in-the-ear (ITE), and in-the-canal (ITC). Hearing aids do not restore normal hearing but significantly improve the ability to hear and communicate in both quiet and noisy settings
Micro suction is a safe, gentle, and highly effective method for earwax removal, performed by our experienced audiologists.
Using magnification and a small, sterile suction device, wax is removed precisely and comfortably, with minimal risk.
The quick, dry procedure is suitable even for those with ear conditions where water-based methods are not advised.
Most patients notice immediate improvement in hearing and comfort, making micro suction the gold standard for earwax removal.
Untreated hearing loss can impact quality of life, but cost should not prevent access to care.
Pensioners and veterans may be eligible for subsidised hearing assessments and hearing aids through the Australian Government’s Hearing Services Program (HSP).
Hearing Care Experts provides these services to eligible participants, offering fully subsidised hearing tests and fully or partially subsidised hearing aids.
This support enables our experienced audiologists to recommend tailored solutions, ensuring affordable and professional hearing care for those who need it most.

Note
If you believe you have experienced hearing loss as a result of workplace noise exposure, you may be eligible to lodge a hearing loss claim. The process generally begins with an initial hearing assessment to determine the extent of your hearing impairment. If the assessment confirms significant hearing loss, you may qualify for a lump sum payment and additional benefits, including access to high-quality hearing aids and coverage for related medical and legal expenses
